THESE WERE AMAZING! Better then any traditional brownies I’ve ever had. Gave some to my meat eating fam and they loved them also. These are a new dessert staple!

Made some for my sister in law’s post birthday and my twin brother and husband said that it’s the best brownie/cake I’ve ever made and I’ve made a lot for birthdays and I agree! Amazing! ⭐️ 💓🤓 xx

Made these tonight, they haven’t been in the fridge long enough to set and get fudge but at the moment they’re still absolutely gorgeous! Super light and fluffy and they don’t take like dark chocolate. I used Callebaut 54.5% chocolate which is vegan. Got that lovely kinda skin on the top you’d usually see on brownies made with eggs. Can’t wait to see what they’re like when the coconut oil goes solid and makes them fudgy but the flavour is so so good, would highly recommend making them, they’re right up there with the Happy Pear brownies, thanks for the recipe x

I found the batter to be thick like dough, but a bit of almond milk moistened it and the brownies came out perfectly. I suggest adding a bit of liquid or under baking slightly.

Yours are even better than the non-vegan ones I've made in the past - absolutely incredible. Thank you so much for sharing this x

Hmm... It sounds like maybe there was too much flour. How do you usually measure your flour? Do you dip your measuring cup into it and scoop it?

I had same problem. Totally crumbly, fine texture like cake. Not fudgey at all. My husband says a FAIL! Too much beating of Aquafaba? I will go back
to my ground flaxseed for brownies.
