I've made this in a round tin to make a cake.
It worked fabulous. I cut it in 2, added some syrup to make it extra moist and added vegan chocolate cream, covered it as well in the same chocolate cream.. Absolutely amazing!!

I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk with great success. Made one loaf with dairy free chocolate chips mixed in the loaf. Made another loaf topped with a dairy-free chocolate glaze by combining melted dairy-free chocolate chips & vegan butter (melted in a heavy sauce pan over low heat). Stirred in powdered sugar to taste. Drizzled on top of cooled loaf.
