Tofu itself is totally fine! The issue is that most soybeans grown in the US are heavily genetically modified. Just look for tofu that's marked non-GMO (organic is good too.)

Minimally processed, non-GMO soy like tofu, tempeh, and soy milk are all great for your health, just try to limit heavily processed soy (like the kind found in faux meats.)

I have a bit of a random question. If you don't mind me asking. what's your opinion on Tofu? I have heard a lot of mixed reviews about it (concerning health concerns), and I wanted to know your take on the matter. I am steadily trying to educate myself, so I thought I would ask someone who seems educated on the subject!
